When I started Tiny Marketing, it was as a side hustle. I had one regular client and a few projects that generated enough cash to pay for my kids' daycare.
That was my goal: make enough side cash to pay for my kids' school without it coming out of our regular income.
Then COVID hit. Schools shut down. My husband and I had to work out a schedule to make virtual school + work… work. It wasn't.
Out of necessity, my full-time agency was born. In quick succession, I brought on more clients - enough to make up my salary, and I began the entrepreneurial journey.
Six months later, and that feels like a lifetime ago. But, I always go back to my freelance days and how it felt. With my roots in freelancing, I made a vow to treat my freelancers like valued people, not a transaction. With that, I'm sharing my favorite resources on hiring and managing freelancers.
Enjoy!
