Module 2: Nail the Customer Voice (or your own!)

The “brand personality” is essential when writing content marketing. In this module, I will teach you A) how to nail an already existing customer voice and B) how to create a voice if it doesn’t already exist.

Without a brand personality, your content will come across as generic. When content marketing aims to increase the like, know, and trust factor, you DO NOT want to be generic.

Bring your (or your client's) authentic self to your content marketing.
